Kitchens
Above the island.
Over a kitchen island or breakfast bar, the smaller sizes work especially well hung in a row or a cluster. The single-layer shades, from 25 cm across, give a clean Bauhaus silhouette that sits comfortably above a worktop without crowding it. Layered glass diffuses the light into a warm glow across the counter. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician in line with local regulations.

Dining
Light that sets the table.
Above a dining table, the larger two- and three-layer versions, up to 45 cm across, become a dramatic centrepiece. The stacked glass casts a warm, glowing light with soft reflections that bring depth and atmosphere to dinner. It pairs well with mid-century, modern, industrial and Scandinavian interiors. Before fitting, confirm that the ceiling can support the weight of the chosen size.

The glass
Worth looking at closely.
Each layered shade is made to show the natural character of the glass, in rich amber, deep green or smoke grey. Even unlit, the colour and geometry give the room a focal point, while switched on the layers create a gentle play of reflections. To clean, switch off power at the breaker, let the fixture cool and wipe the glass carefully with a soft cloth.
