About Vanteau
Who we are
Vanteau is an online home and lifestyle store. We sell lighting, home decor, kitchen essentials, pet gear, kids toys and everyday tech, chosen for people who want their home to work well and look considered without paying designer prices.
The store is run by a small independent team based in Patra, Greece. We are not a marketplace and we are not a reseller front for a single brand. We select each product ourselves, write every product page ourselves, and we are the people you reach when you email us.
How we choose what we sell
We are deliberately narrow. A category only makes it into the store if we can find products in it that are genuinely useful rather than novelty. Lighting is where we started and it is still the largest part of the catalogue, because it is the single cheapest change most people can make to a room.
Everything we list is something we would be willing to explain and defend. If a product turns out to disappoint customers, we remove it.
How we operate
Vanteau is online only. We have no physical shop. Orders are fulfilled through our supplier partners and shipped directly to you, which is how we keep prices where they are. Estimated delivery times are always shown at checkout before you pay, and tracking is emailed to you once your order ships.
Shipping within the United States is free. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
If something goes wrong
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return, and customers in the European Union have the additional 14 day right of withdrawal. If an item arrives damaged, defective or simply is not what you ordered, email us with a photo and we will sort it out. Full detail is on our returns and refunds page.
